Yes, i promised I would blog about my trip, every single destination and every single silly funny incident (ok, maybe not all funny incidents).
But I'm tired.
So I wil start by telling you why this trip is a -everything-also-bao-ga-liao-
We travelled in all aspects.
air - Singapore airlines, MALEV Hungarian Airline, Olympic Airways
water- Lane Lines, lots of smaller ferries
land- ATV (all-terrain vehicle) cross country, Bus from Athens to Istanbul, rented car of our own in Crete.
I will like to say that we went underwater as well, but whether submerging oneself in the clear water for 10 secs count as underwater is debatable.
We covered:
culture,
city-tours,
food,
shopping,
mountain trekking,
sea swimming,
clubbing,
tea-sipping,
sexual tours (not as explicitly stated, i'm cleaner than u tot)
historical understanding,
friendships-building (go Ios and shout "Team Singapore" in the street and u'll know wat i mean)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
you know abt the MasterCard style of advertising?
Singapore Air - $1185
Travel Insurance - $140
Opportunity cost of income - $5000
Overall Expense - $4500
Loss of a loved one (not death) while you are away.
sigh.
An entry a day, keeps the mind-doctor away. Something wise for us to learn, to reflect, and to ponder.
Singapore Girl - A great way to fly
Why I love Singapore Air
From Istanbul to Singapore (stopover at Dubai)
- 5 movies (Big Fish, External Sunshine on the spotless mind, Men in Black 2, Hitch, Sideways)
- and 1 interactive french lesson.
- From Istanbul to Dubai, when I asked for red wine to go with my lunch, the air stewardess "confirmed" that I'm above 18.
- From Dubai to Singapore, when I asked for red wine to go with my dinner, another air stewardess "confirmed" that I'm above 18.
Do i look that youthful and boyish? *hah*
- the air stewardess gave us Singapore Airline playing cards as souveniors for our travels even without us asking.
man, 5 movies, no sleep, alcohol (plus 1 big can of coke) in 14hours.
plus we reached Singapore at 7:35am sharp. (it said on our flight tickets that we will reach at 735am but I have no idea they are *that* accurate)
