Apparently Sybase365 is pure evil.
Sybase get a lot of subscriptions from internet adverts too.

Anyway, from the comments in tomorrow.sg, I found another blogger, Mr Marine, who blogged about his experience.
Thankfully he was more hardworking and demanded (and got) 100% of his refund.
