The thing I learnt from anti-AIDS campaigns

Regulation Pays Off

Many have pointed their fingers at Geylang Road, where there is a health-regulated sex industry. But the incidence of HIV among sex workers in the regulated sex trade in the years 2003 and 2004 was zero

Speech by Dr Balaji Sadasivan, Senior Minister of State for Health & Information, Communication and the Arts. (extracted from Straits Times, March 29' 2005)

NABEI, how come Minster for so many things, did the minstries merge or acquire one another or wad? Cost cutting is it?
Synergies from merging operations in HEALTH and ARTS is it? Got link meh?

Yup, synergy is my favourite word currently, no thanks to thesis 2005.

There is this current bus-stop poster and she is hot!

The model wearing a sexy lingerie and looking deeply, and intellectually (really! I swear) at you. ( i will post picture next week, AT [after thesis])

And oh boy, I have been driving past a particular bus stop, and for ages, I have been, ahem, forced to slow down during this stretch.
Wondering what ad it is....until I, ahem, decided to do advance research on it.

"想跟我上床" she whispers.......(then a whole paragraph about AIDS stuff)

Anti-AIDS poster.

Damn ironic, if you ask me.
if the geylang chicks are that pretty, i'd be the first to go.

oooooooonnnnly kidding.

I have been hearing this for a while. Its safer to visit the regulated chicks in geylang (those in the regulated brothels, not the china streetwalkers) than to have one night stand with pick-ups from clubs and discos.

Oh man, zero incidence of HIV in geylang.
this is so surprising.

Not that I'm encouraging anyone to go geylang. i think u can do better things with ur S$50.
