- Exercising and healthy living. Well-equipped gyms for all, and swimming pools with current. Swimming pools are narrow with electric water pumps creating a strong current that flows in one direction. Googlers swim against the current, staying in place within these small pools. And there are lifeguards on duty to keep everyone safe.

Yes, even rock climbing.

- To relieve stress, there is a Google subsidized massage program. Googlers can pay a small amount for a licensed therapist's massage in a private room. Fun Fact- Google's massage rooms and bathrooms are some rare areas in the Googleplex that have opaque walls.

I'm pretty sure there is no "happy ending" for these massages.

- There are so many leisure activities in Googleplex to relieve stress. There are foosball (table soccer), billiards, ping-pong (table tennis) and video games all around Googleplex for Googlers to play.

Googleplex offices are designed to be unlike typical corporate office. There are large computer screens are lobbies that display search term in real time. Lava lamps everyhwere and enormous whiteboards filled with ideas and jokes.

Glass walls are used to divide work areas so that noises are kept out, but sunlight can be filtered in. Each glass enclosure are surrounded by a tent-like roof of lighting and sprinkler system. Googlers on the same project work together in the same glass enclosure. Many of them sits on large yoga balls, rather than the typical office chairs.

Food is a great benefit in Google. All meals are free at Google. Employees are never more than 150 feet away from any well-stocked pantry.

There are many cafes through the complex, with stations offering different kinds of cuisine.

There are ethnic foods from all over the world, from sushi, chinese food, vegetarian dishes. Fresh organic and healthy meals are promoted.

Google serves up more than 200 recipes in their cafes every day.

In Google, everyone knows of the Google 15.

It refers to the extra 15 pounds every new Googler put on once they start working at the Googleplex.

Last but not least, the most famous benefit of working at Google is the 20 percent time program. Google encourages all Googlers to use up to 20 percent of their work week at Google to pursue their own special projects.

For every 5days week, employees can take 1 day to work on a project unrelated to their normal workload. Not only is this good for individual's morale and interests, Google benefits massively as many of their products in Google Labs started out as pet projects in the 20 percent time program, including Gmail, Google News, Google Talk, Orkut, Google Sky, Google Moderator... etc etc.
